uninstall 2.18.28 and then reinstall a clean version of 2.18.14, worked for me in another problem(step 1), I also installed by command line python and needed plugins, worked up to step 4, where i get stuck with gniplannerftth error.

hello, works fine until i get an error when i try to start the step 4.
