'area' is the one that is to be used, at least according to the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_cont ... QvpPl-J7b4). It is the one which is highlighted.

windows 10 64 bit
QuickOSM 1.4.6
Grass 7.2.2
QGIS 2.18.15
I beleive there is only 1 polygon.
