I see where I can plan using my own road network and with my own demand points, however, I'm wondering if I can input my existing network (fiber and conduit) to prefer existing resources in the design. Is that possible? Thank you, Joe

Hello, is there documentation for all of the fields in the dialog boxes? The Short User Guide PDF explains the overall process, but not the details of the various field entries. Thanks for any help. Joe

Hello, I am having issues installing Scipy. I downloaded and installed the older 2.18 version of QGIS and all other installations are complete, however Scipy, while indicating no errors in pip, does not show in the processing toolbox. Can anyone help? Thanks, Joe
