Hello,
Most likely the failure of the step 4 is caused by one of the layers downloaded from OpenLayers plugin. To solve the problem you should try deleting this layer.
If this solution didn't work please send us the log from Log Messages Panel: View -> Panels -> Log Messages Panel.

Hello,
It is possible that the module python 'openpyxl' is not visible to QGIS. The solution is to add the path to the location of the module to the PYTHONPATH.

In one of the previous topics the same problem appeared: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3#p4
Try to install a python module 'openpyxl', this should solve the problem.

In the GNI Free version it is not available to automatically save layers from particular steps of the Planner FTTH. But you can save a layer by right-clicking on it in the Layers Panel and select Save as.
