Hello, One way to add a path to PYTHONPATH: 1. Open up Terminal 2. Type open .bash_profile or .profile 3. In the text file that pops up, add this line at the end: export PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH: path/where/python/package/is/located/ 4. Save the file and restart the Terminal. This solution adds the pa...

Hello,
Most likely the failure of the step 4 is caused by one of the layers downloaded from OpenLayers plugin. To solve the problem you should try deleting this layer.
If this solution didn't work please send us the log from Log Messages Panel: View -> Panels -> Log Messages Panel.

Hello,
It is possible that the module python 'openpyxl' is not visible to QGIS. The solution is to add the path to the location of the module to the PYTHONPATH.

In the GNI Free version it is not available to automatically save layers from particular steps of the Planner FTTH. But you can save a layer by right-clicking on it in the Layers Panel and select Save as.

In the GNI Planner 3.0 version the default coordinate system is ETRS89/Poland CS92. If you want to work with this version of the Planner FT...
