Hi,
May you please assist on how to install Grass GIS 7 on QGIS 2.18. It appears on the list of processes; but its not installed. I installed Grass GIS 7 as an individual software but i think this might be the wrong way of doing it. Please advice on how to activate or install it properly.

Hello,
I suppose you mean working with GRASS 7 plugin. You can install/activate it in Plugins -> Manage and Install Plugins. After installation you will see the GRASS Tools window with available modules.
