I have the same problem, since I'm a new user to QGIS.
It will be perfect if the support team can provide a complete step by step installation in a video/pict format for o new user like us.

Make sure that you have the QGis version adapted to it , then head to the parameters on the plugin window and check "Show also experimental plugins" .
