Question: GNI with land registry information instead of OpenStreetMap

How can I use GNI with the map downloaded from the registry with the "Spanish Inspire Cadastral Downloader" plugin?
I would like to use the layer "A.ES.SDGC.BU.56101.building Polygon" and the information contained in each building polygon "numberOfBuildingUnits" as demand
