Problem with Step 4 (First option and case)

When I choose the Step 4 in FTTH/GPON planning wizard, this happens:

When I click on this:

After clicking on run, I have:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ychYTu ... sp=sharing

What is the solution ?
