I’m currently looking to seriously improve my Excel skills and was wondering if anyone here has taken a training course they’d really recommend. I use Excel mainly for budgeting and some light data analysis, but I’d like to get more comfortable with things like pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and maybe even some basic macros.
I’ve seen a lot of courses online, from Udemy to Coursera to LinkedIn Learning, but it’s a bit overwhelming. Has anyone here followed one that was especially clear, practical, and not too dry?

Also, is it worth going for certification, or do most employers just care about what you can do?
